Sometimes those sayings are true - and in this case, less seems to have been more.
The simplicity of this image keeps drawing me back as I work through the session. I find myself engaged with her as a viewer; the way she interacts with the camera. I’m wondering what she’s thinking, or what is about to happen, or what she had just said. And I was there, obviously, so I find it even more intriguing that this series can evoke those thoughts. At the end of the day, it speaks volumes to me about how much Claire is capable of letting her guard down and approaching a shoot vulnerably, with a boldly open heart. So, she’s won me over…what more can I say?
